Dr. Lindsey Rector was knowledgeable and professional. I have had a lot of internal eye issues in the past and she listened and took her time with my exam. Amanda was SO good at helping me narrow down my frame choices!!! and she was fun to work with too! We had a few laughs at some of my more wild choices. She quickly worked out pricing with my insurance which also helped me make good decisions. Jamie at the front desk working with billing was responsive and even called back today to address a previous insurance submission for my husband. This office is spacious, well maintained and clean.

I had a piece of metal in my eye. I called about 4:05, they close at 5, n I have never been to this place. They took me right in and helped me out. I really appreciated the help they gave me considering I have never been there and it was a last minute deal. I will definitely go back as everyone was really professional. Highly recommend this place

Everyone was very nice and friendly. Very professional atmosphere. We have a son that is Autistic. They were very good with him and they were patient. We have been coming here for about five years and have no intention of going anywhere else.

First time here and it was amazing. Dr. Jeff took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything. He was not rushed and never made me feel like I was taking too much of his time. The front desk staff was also very nice. So glad I got a recommendation to come here. My family and I have found our eye doctor!

Once again, Illinois Eye Associates was there when I needed them with professional, yet warm, service. I have made use of both the Peotone and Manhattan locations and have always been seen at my appointment time, and, most recently, on very short notice when I thought my repaired retina might be tearing. The lobby areas are roomy and comfortable and never crowded. Their commitment to keeping to schedule and treating each patient in a caring and thorough way always impresses. I have had two detached retina surgeries and have been a lifelong glasses wearer, so I have over 60 years of experience and healthy vision is of critical importance.

The entire appointment experience was great. The questionnaire prior to appointment was done on a computer tablet so their was no clip boards or pens. I was called soon after arrival by Ava an optical technician. She was very friendly and professional during the pre exam testing. The exam by Dr. Jeff was great. He took his time and explained all the hows and whys of what he was doing. I left knowing my eye health was in good hands.

The entire staff was efficient and the atmosphere was warm & friendly. I Always feel supported by both Dr. Lindsey & Dr. Jeff’s care and the opticians are amazingly patient and helpful!
