Dr. Lindsey Rector was knowledgeable and professional. I have had a lot of internal eye issues in the past and she listened and took her time with my exam. Amanda was SO good at helping me narrow down my frame choices!!! and she was fun to work with too! We had a few laughs at some of my more wild choices. She quickly worked out pricing with my insurance which also helped me make good decisions. Jamie at the front desk working with billing was responsive and even called back today to address a previous insurance submission for my husband. This office is spacious, well maintained and clean.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. Very professional atmosphere. We have a son that is Autistic. They were very good with him and they were patient. We have been coming here for about five years and have no intention of going anywhere else.

First time here and it was amazing. Dr. Jeff took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything. He was not rushed and never made me feel like I was taking too much of his time. The front desk staff was also very nice. So glad I got a recommendation to come here. My family and I have found our eye doctor!

Dr Lindsey is great. She listens to her patients and is very knowledgeable and very thorough. I highly recommend her!

Went to Illinois Eye Associates for the first time on Friday and have one of the best exams I’ve ever had before. Dr. Lindsay was very thorough and very pleasant. She always asked if I had questions and even if they were foolish to me she answered them kindly and again thoroughly! The person the fitted me for a new pair of glasses was awesome as well!! She was very knowledgeable and was open and honest which frames looked best on me and didn’t just try to sell high end equipment! 10/10 would always recommend and will be returning in the future!

Absolutely outstanding, all the way around! From the moment I was greeted at the front desk by Jamie, to my pretesting done by Jaimasen, to the extremely thorough and detailed exam by Dr. Jeff, to choosing my new glasses with Angela, I was so impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the entire team at Illinois Eye Associates! I have terrible eyesight, and I'm very sensitive to things not being "just perfect" with my prescription and my progressive bifocal measurements, but Angela didn't make make me feel like I was being too picky or try to rush me. By the time we finished, it was 30 minutes past their closing time and I kept apologizing that I kept them there late, but they insisted it wasn't a big deal. I can't say enough about this entire excellent experience!

I started coming here maybe about 2 & 1/2 years ago and I've never considered going anywhere else since. Dr. Rector is the BEST. I ask so many questions just to understand where my eyes are at because I'm young and a candidate for glaucoma. She never makes me feel dumb or less than for simply not knowing. And she will always answer my repeat questions willingly. She's kind, collected, & extremely educated — if you're uncomfortable or shy about going to the eye doctor, this is the best place you could go.

I absolutely love Dr. CHRISTA. You leave knowing you just have been very well taken care of. I love ALL the staff. I would never go any where else!

I would recommend this place a 12 out of 10!! Very very friendly and make you feel important and your issues important. No other eye doc I would want to go to!

The whole staff is friendly and personal. Dr. Christa is wonderful! She is patient and caring, and so knowledgeable. I wish all health care was like this!

This was one of the best eye exams I have ever had. The team was welcoming from the time I walked in the door. Dr Christa and Sue her technician did a thorough job explaining my issue vision to me and I got some new lenses ordered in my own frame. I cannot thank their team enough for helping me out.
