Dr. Lindsey Rector was knowledgeable and professional. I have had a lot of internal eye issues in the past and she listened and took her time with my exam. Amanda was SO good at helping me narrow down my frame choices!!! and she was fun to work with too! We had a few laughs at some of my more wild choices. She quickly worked out pricing with my insurance which also helped me make good decisions. Jamie at the front desk working with billing was responsive and even called back today to address a previous insurance submission for my husband. This office is spacious, well maintained and clean.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. Very professional atmosphere. We have a son that is Autistic. They were very good with him and they were patient. We have been coming here for about five years and have no intention of going anywhere else.

First time here and it was amazing. Dr. Jeff took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything. He was not rushed and never made me feel like I was taking too much of his time. The front desk staff was also very nice. So glad I got a recommendation to come here. My family and I have found our eye doctor!

Been going to Illinois Eye Associates for many years. I feel we always get excellent care. The staff is professional and friendly.

Dr Jeff was very detailed and yet friendly. Alex made my old glasses fit sooo much better. Angela & Alex were very knowledgeable and helpful picking new glasses. The whole visit was efficient, yet not rushed and on time.

Dr Jeff He is professional, and thoughtful, runs several tests to explain to current status of your eyes. He is on time and listens to his Patients. Great office , always clean, brite and friendly.

Extremely professional and friendly staff. Jaimasen was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions. Dr. Lindsey gave me a very thorough compehensive exam. Amy was very helpful in finding the perfect frames for me, almost like she has known my face forever! I always have the best experience here!!!

Fantastic!!! Everyone is welcoming, thorough, and knowledgable. I wouldn't go anywhere else. It's like part of a family and they are open 24 hours if needed.

I started coming here maybe about 2 & 1/2 years ago and I've never considered going anywhere else since. Dr. Rector is the BEST. I ask so many questions just to understand where my eyes are at because I'm young and a candidate for glaucoma. She never makes me feel dumb or less than for simply not knowing. And she will always answer my repeat questions willingly. She's kind, collected, & extremely educated — if you're uncomfortable or shy about going to the eye doctor, this is the best place you could go.

The staff and Dr. Christa are friendly and very helpful. They are very patient with my 92 year old dad. Wonderful place to go. Dr. Christa is very knowledgeable.

Love this office! From the front desk staff, to the techs, to Dr. Christa - everyone is just wonderful. Dr. Christa is so accommodating and truly cares that you get exactly what your eyes need.....even if it means you pop back into the office half a dozen times to get the best fit!
